The different ranking scheme as Shadowfax mentioned would actually be pretty cool.
On the 'key member' and 'how they post' note. What do these names mean to you? And how do you feel about their postings and what, if any, changes will they be required to make.

-My relation with alot of members here aint that good, not like you gotta be loved or something but still many people wont appreciat it I guess.
-I lack the experience of Computers and these things, not that am dumb but still my ability is limited.

Nathell, whats your take on members that dont like juve or football or anything else that involves effort. Only signed up in the first place to stalk a guy, brought her friends here who in turn either pissed so many of they had to leave or got themselves banned for being a cop hating anti-american/jock and is only posting here now to deliberately antaganize members and derail threads or create useless ones? 95% of which are closed within a week.

The current mod system is shit and the mods are rubbish (no offence). Moderation status should be more than a job. Who cares if a moderator never closes a thread, about 2 threads are moved a week and some closed (hardly matters if they aren't and infact I see no reason why any thread should closed in the first place. Can we not govern ourselves? Moderators are for deciding who goes and who stays, what happens to the future of the site and give new ideas etc. Moderator should be something that is rewarded to members who deserve it and moderators should represent the community. Who are the current moderators? See they are so crap I can only think of Graham and Tom who isnt even a mod now but still has the title because Martin starting hating the site so much he couldnt put aside the 4seconds it takes to change his status.
You bought the site, you dont have to have a transition period. Do what you want and do it right away.
Upgrade the fvcking forum from this antique crap. Make the avatars 100x100 immediately, take away the 60second rule (that's just a little status thing Martin had).
Create multple forum templates and give members the option to choose. Why can we not decide the visual style of the forum we view? We could have 10 templates, a choice of colour, a more personal and changable system. The feature is there, use it. Again that was never given because of Martins control kink.
Do not give Muscle a moderator title as a sympathy vote, he hasnt deserved it and is only known because he was so public in trying to buy the site, before that he wasnt noticed.
Unban the members that Martin unfairly banned in the first place. They have not broken the listed rules or your rules.
Remove the hundreds of copyright tags and next time next time a representative from Juventus FC call you up to bitch about it, tell them to go fvck themselves in the ass. If their website wasnt so shit in the first place noone would even come here and noone, not once has claimed this is anything near offical. If they could take competition like its supposed to be taken and thus improve their own site the web would be a better place. The site is whored by corporate Juventus so much it makes me embarassed to post.
