EDIT: The way I understand it they will pay 14 million for Europe and the Campionato money is on a different budget. In that case it's good! But why strike a deal like that when we're not even in Europe yet? :confused:

I guess we need someone to translate it all for us. I'm still in the dark over what all this is about.

New Holland is a part of CNH Global, which is a part of the FIAT group.

Sounds like a good deal.

12 million pounds or 12 million euro's?

    The article you read is different than the one in this thread...

    The article which mentions the value of the contract as 14 million was posted on 31/1/2006. The newest one say that the value is 12 million...

    What's interesting is how much money we'll get from the deal, not how the logo will look on the jersey. But I agree, it's not the prettiest :) But I still think it's more subtle than the Tamoil one. Associations goes to the Danone logo in the 90s.

    12 million isn't much, but well, it's only the first year and since we won't play Cl next year, we cannot ask for much more. I hope it will increase significantly in the years to come, especially if we can get back to CL immediately.
