Nedved: "I'm staying". Wants to end his career with Juve.

Zlatan: Will renew his contract with Juve. Prefers Italy to England.

Highly unlikely, he's too old and doesn't worth that much (financially). I'd prefer him to stay with us until he retires. We still need him and we don't have any replacement for him.

Chelsea Football Club boss Jose Mourinho has revealed he would love to sign Pavel Nedved.
Despite the abundance of quality midfield players currently in the Blues squad, Mourinho has revealed he would love to be able to call upon the services of the 33-year-old Juventus ace.

“I have been watching Pavel Nedved for a long time,” said Mourinho. “Despite his age, he is still one of the best players in the world. He has a great talent.I read this on Chelseas official web site!!

By source I mean a link from where the news is taken.

Do you know the search function? You should learn how to use it and see if the thread you are trying to open already exists.

Last i heard Nedved could retire after the world cup. either way i think changes are needed at the club and having a 33 year old on that wage who isnearing the end of his career as a possible target of a team who would still pay us a decent fee for him sounds very interesting.

i have great respect for Nedved but we all know this team needs younger stars with more creativity...if nedved remains, the club wont get that.

Indeed it does. The opportunity to recoup some of the massive fee we paid for Nedved isn't something we should dismiss without careful consideration, especially at his age. I'd be the first to acknowledge his contribution to the team and the passion he has for Juve, but it isn't often that such an opportunity presents itself and England might be a good platform for Nedved to experience in the final years of his career.

Last season it may have been possible, but now he will see out his contract.
He still as plenty to offer, if, and it is alas a big if, we can find a new coach who believes in winning with style.
