need a little help here...

on thursday i entered the gym after along time without doing wight lifting (in thr past i used to do it in the house of a frind).

on thursday i did a heavy set of execises... and now i cant move my arms, in other words flex them.
I know that is normal to feel pain after a long time of doing nothing.... but now is different. I dont know if it was because of the heavy set i did or what... but from friday till today... i cant move my arms well and the pain is unbearable. I think ill cut my arms.
The last time this happened to me it was for 2 or 3 days and the pain was nothing in comparison to now. I fear that i damaged my muscles or something like that.

Someone know some process or some therapy to stop the pain or something?. I need to do some important task in the universityand i can barely move.

Well, I had similiar problem few years back. I went to a bone doctor and he gave me some medicine. Few days later my hand gradually got better and I can move (flex) it again. I think you should consult with a doctor. Or maybe some other can share their experience?

My advice to you is to go and ask a bunch of strangers on an internet message beard what to do, instead of going to a proffessional.

go smoke some weed for a couple of days and sleep. if it doesnt work out see a doc. it worked for my pain even though mine sounds not as bad as your pain
