American cops are the worst. The policing in this country definitely needs a reform.

What really is Antifa? It just seems a conservative buzzword/ conspiracy theory to discredit any left wing protest. Not saying these kind of people don’t exist, but to think there’s an organized group of this sort is laughable.

its not one single organization but there are absolutely organized antifa groups here in the bay area. Numerous ones, they are quite real, quite visible and they do plan areas which they can cause significant damage/ vandalism, coordinate dress, bring weapons etc

I have a friend whose father and uncle are both recently retired cops from Texas. They said that wages haven’t gone up enough as the years passed, job conditions are worse, and training is inadequate, so the police force has been having trouble recruiting anyone decent in recent years.

The vast majority of videos I have seen of people throwing shit at cop cars, jumping on them, attacking cops, etc have been black people. Or mixed groups of black and white people. And rightly so, given that these riots are about violence against African Americans.

I've been to USA twice,and probably I don't know the situation well there , i lived for 2 weeks in Brooklyn (Bushwick) nearby some projects , and to be honest i was shocked how bad bushwick was , I never imagined usa like that , yeah Manhatan was great awesome, so I never walked in their shoes and won't judge them , but what the fuck is the point to steal and do stuff like that , if someone would do something like this to my shop my blood would boil, I'm sure they don't give a f about that guy who was murdered by the police .

Just a thought, instead of spending trillions of dollars on futile wars, and billions on the war on drugs, maybe the government should spend it on teachers, policemen, firefighters and the healthcare system, just like any civilized country would do.
But of course it's America, the place which prides itself on being different from everyone just for the sake of it.
