I saw Flags of Our Fathers about two weeks ago. I didn't like it; it got really boring after about an hour.

I saw it on Wednesday. I loved it. It's full of twists, well acted and among my top three favourite films of the year so far.

is it the ones with the magicians ?
Yeah, played by Hugh Jackman (Wolverine from X-men) and Christian Bale (Batman). Scarlett Johanson is in there too, in tight showgirl's costumes if you're interested in something to drool over. Andy Serkis (motion capture for King Kong and Golum from LotR) has a small role and David Bowie too!

I kind of liked that one markoni. You really have to forget that you're watching Cruise though. :)

I saw Slither last night. It's an entertaining light horror/comedy, starring Nathan Fillion (Serenity) and Elizabeth Grant. I enjoyed it, and it was delightfully short, something Hollywood's nearly forgotten how to do.

After Paul's suggestion, I saw Pan's Labyrinth...a masterpiece, amazingly beautiful. Storyline, acting, visuals, surprise all the elements that make a movie good are just perfectly made.

I will launch Snakes on a Plane shortly :D

V for Vendetta. Good.
really, a excellent movie.

i watched "the usual suspects" yesterday, finally found a dvd release of that movie. it's one of the better movies i've seen, kevin spacey is awesome in it, good story and well told. i didn't know much about the movie, as the mate that reccomended it didn't wanna ruin it for me, so i was really pleasently surprised. i figured it out after 40mins though.
