Awesome, Dule! :D What are you planning to watch next?

I think Mirai no Mirai is super annoying, actually. 50% of the film is just babies crying, really tiresome.

Obviously. :D It's great - and Morricone's score really holds up.
Gonna watch it then. Every nerd wether right or left says it’s great and relevant to todays terror acts. They also say it’s brutal.

Finally I have seen "Quién te Cantará", It's almost a masterpiece. Definitely Carlos Vermut has become my favorite Spanish film director (with only 3 films in his filmography). His movies are so fucking sincere... and the cast incredible as always.

Here's the trailer (although it doesn't do much justice to the film) in case someone is interested:

Ashton sanders is a fantastic actor, and the book is based on I had on my shelf for ages without getting around to it, this is a good excuse to get it before seeing this.

Looks dope. Out in cinema?

It was at film festivals last year. Saw it at VIFF in September/October. So I’d assume it’s either in cinema or showing up for rent now online.

Great film indeed. I didn’t think it was quite as good as Ciro Guerra’s last film, Embrace of the Serpent. But it was pretty damn great all the same. Definitely one of the best films of 2018.

Have you seen Embrace of the Serpent from 2016? So brilliant. Guerra is definitely one of the best young directors making movies right now.

The Killing of a Sacred Deer
'MOOOOOOOM, I'm filmmaking!!!!!!'
I had no idea who was behind it but laughed so hard when I saw... Lanthimos :lol2:

Chocolat - Nice setup, quite interesting. Yet it offers nothing new and it's rather predictable. Enjoyable to kill free time.

Deadpool 2 - Horrible piece of shit. The best par was the ending. The worst part was the whole movie bar last ending scene (credit scene).

The Red Shoes - I loved it. People might dislike it cause of ballet but I didn't mind it. Lermontov was amazing.

Sanatorium pod Klepsydra - What a pleasant surprise. Bizarre, absurd, insane. Dream-like gripping and interesting experience. Totally loved it.
