It's interesting that the pattern is identical to BvS. We get early screening with random people who say the movie is amazing. Then when it's released the critics destroy it. I except that once again the audience RT score will be like 40% higher than critics score.

It was a garbage movie. Get over it. 27% critic, 65% audience is shit

You know that appallingly bad Warcraft movie is 29% critic, 77% audience.

Audience rates Warcraft better than Batman V Superman. Speaks volume to how rubbish it is, even from a non-discerning audience perspective.

If you want to fanboy over it, because you grew up with it and love it, please do so, but don't act like there is some critic conspiracy against DC because the movie is utter mediocrity to everyone but fanboys.

So lame.

It's not the critics fault that the latest batman and superman films are absolute rubbish compared to the top-notch offerings of the past. Michael Keaton and Christopher Nolan both offered up very good Batman franchises. Donner and Lester made 2 very good Superman films. All of these films are above 80%, some above 90% on RT with the critics.

Fanboys are ridiculous. Bias against DC?

Nope. I remember hearing about it a year ago when it was in the Danish cinemas, but never watched it.
Brilliant movie man!
It is great actually, amazing camerwork and picture composition first and foremost, but there are some scenes in there that will really make you sick :D

Unless you're @Post Ironic or @ALC of course, I think especially PI would love it.

Warcraft movie is a lot better than BvS. It gets bashed too much for some reasons (torn lore) but it's good for what it's supposed to offer.

BvS on the other hand is just crap.

You can even tell by the trailer that Warcraft is a shitty movie. No way it's better than Batman v Superman. Come on.
I seen War craft, was coerced to see it on cinema and expected it to be weak/shitty, and no interest in source material, but besides main villain it was real good fantasy movie in fact, no pretentions of what it tried to be, simple fantasy warfare tale. Visual style takes some getting used to (Orchs) but it was decent entertainment that flowed well for its whole run (as I said, the only flaw or confusion was the main villain, bit weird, barely explained).

It has potential to become better if sequel spends more time introducing and building up the lore of its world. This first one barely did imo.

I prefer Batman and Supes much more simply because I love the source material in comparison to war craft that does nothing for me. But as a movie it had way too much parts that felt rushed and the pacing was awful. I will try to watch the ultimate edition released now to get better sense of the movie, heard it's good, unlike the theatrical release that left unfinished.

Suicide Squad getting panned left, right and center @radekas
It was bound to be in first data even if it turns out to be best comic movie yet. Media funny like that about this type of movies.

Firstly, stop being so aggressive.

Secondly, I won't consider critics score as some kind of gospel. All you need to do is look up how highly scored terrible movies like Iron Man 3, or Avengers 2 are compared to DC movies. Hell, Sharknado is rated like 60%. Movie critics are generally a terrible way to judge a blockbuster.

You agree with them about BvS? Great, good for you. I don't. I bet there are tons of movies where you won't agree and I will.

Now please, if you intend to post another rant in answer to my post, just don't do it. You hate the movies, I like them. Let's just settle on this, k?

You have a bizzare pet peeve, calling watch men one of the worst movies ever?

I read the comic (brother is big nerdy fan) and while the movie is watered down version it's still a compelling adaption for a multi layered source material that's ridicolously hard to adapt. The clip you linked even explains well how it is.

Movie was good, by far one of the best superhero movies ever, It almost feels cheating it calling it superhero, Alan Moores tale is so so much more then that. Yeah movie missed the cue on plenty (the two mediums are way too different, especially with complex stories) , but it was still close to faithful in others and it was very interesting to watch on big screen.

It reminds me of V for Vendetta also by Moore, that imo is technically even worse adaption then Watchmen since it should been easier to adapt to boot. But it was still a very good movie even if it left out insane amount Vs backstory and completely missed the air of 80s big brother feel of the comic (Thatcher satire).

But it's also kinda weird to make current adaptions that was specifically made for the political and paranoia of the late 70s and 80s an still be faithful while being relevant to today's crowd.

I linked the video because I saw it's new and for the fans we have here.

To me, yeah, it's one of the worst. However linking a video wasn't a provocative thing, just wanted to share.

I really liked V for Vendetta, though. Quite underrated, not many people even mention it nowadays.
