So.... are people still making action movies? As in not super hero, not comedy, not fantasy, just plain action movie?
that's the only one I already knew about :D
Watch Taken then. I don't think I've ever seen such a stupid movie.
:D

I meant movies made in the last 5 years.
I've seen 3 of those, enough is enough cmon :D
The Hateful Eight is what you're looking for.
I don't like Tarantino

It's my least favorite of Kieslowski's works. But I was very young :p
That's funny. It's my favourite of his, though I must confess I disliked it the very first time I saw it as an adolescent... Second would probably be Red (I love Irene Jacob, so obviously those 2 first! :D )... then the Dekalog as a whole. The two Short film's next... then Blue... then Blind Chance... then finally, White... Bleh, on white. A good film, but nowhere near the others.

What is wrong with Ryan Gosling? Blue Valentine, Lars and the Real Girl, The Place Beyond the Pines, Drive, and Half Nelson are all worthwhile

John Wick

Place Beyond the Pines was a terribly disappointing movie. It looked so good from the trailer, and ended up so mediocre.

It's incredibly hipster of me to say, but I loved Drive. A lot.

And Michelle Williams was fantastic in Blue Valentine
