Fair point, but he’s still young and had the potential to do well under Motta. Could’ve sold him for way more later. Instead, we’re keeping an injury prone as a backup.

I think not having a backup for Dusan was indeed a problem that Guintoli didn’t foresee. Maybe he thought Nico could fill the role, but he’s even more injury prone than Milik

That comparison was obviously an exaggeration as I don't see Kean reaching Ciro's numbers but it helps to understand why some player are just not cut for the highest levels.
