Why would Milan do that move,we can take Amelia and give them Buffon instead of that, and if they wanted to carry out Buffon's transfer they would have not let Abbiati to Torino.

erm.. perhaps cuz he's good? chimenti was the only gk to have saved dp's peno last season, tho dp missed 1 against bucci against parma.

Amelia is better than Mirante, however, for all we know, Mirante can become great. He hasn't really been given the chance. Having Mirante in serie b doesn't put us at a disadvantage, because well, its serie b lol.

Amelia was proclaimed the best serie A keeper last season by RAI and many newspapers. I watched him some 5-6 times and everytime he was brilliant, especially at San Siro when he saved 5 100% chances.
If Buffon leaves us, then noone else in Italy is better than Amelia. All the experts agree that he's the next Buffon.
But i don't want him in Juve atm, because Amelia in Juve means Gigi is out.
