Well, first of all we may lose Krasic, and what's even worse he is about to end at inter.

But on the other hand I like Marotta's attitude, he is not sharing our money and not overpaying the player just because CSKA is willing to get more money.

So far, the main difference comparing to Secco is that attitude.

Yeah you're so right.

Somebody call Marotta and tell him to download the latest version of FMscout so we can sign a newgen!

well Secco had less knowledge in transfers than a 13 year old boy who played FM for 6 months
it's not about FM though, I was just saying that usually a club raisers after a refused bid on a limit of about 5M
and we refuse to add 1.5M only..

We may still end up with the same results.

I just hope Marrotta is trying to run us like champions not an also ran to Inter.

Bullshit, refusing to bow to the demands of a lesser club is pur Juvents, not that gimp Secco oh pretty please masters sell us Poulsen god bless Sevilla!

Less Marotta hate lads.
Guess Cska don't give a F about Juve, all what they care about is making money and that's what all other teams do. Do you think Cska should just say OOOOH IT'S :delpiero: JUVE just give us what ever you feel like giving. This whole attitude of we are Juve and we should get it our way won't work in the new century, you want a player you got to pay. They aren't asking also for that big of a sum, 2-3 millions extra won't break the bank or cause economic destabilization for the club. Add to it teams are overpaying in the range of 5-10 millions constantly in these days. So that price shouldn't be a big deal.
Also we got Poulsen for a similar price of Pepe if bought in the end, and I rate Poulsen higher than Pepe. Secco and Blanc problem were only getting average player and overpaying in the region 4-8 millions, while Marotta doesn't want to overpay alittle price for a talented player like krasic

Usually you'd offer less than he's worth, like 10M which I think we did, they say 15M and then you go up gradually until they accept around 13-14M.

At least that's how I signed messi.

The problem is that people here want the old Juventus back and when we actually start to behave like a footballing superpower in very small ammounts people go all :andy2: on us.

If Krasic is worth 15m pay it, If Marrota thinks no, then well done Marrota.

nobody said the world is over. but so far we have lost 2 times from inter before the championship has even started. we lost the manager we wanted and they signed him and we lost the player we wanted and they signed him. its not like these are terrible losses but it makes you feel bad...

The deal is not over. It’s now 50-50 between us and Inter if the agent isn’t bluffing. Krasic wants us, but Inter can play their role by more salary for him.

So, let’s just wait and see what will happen after Serbia’s match today.

We didn't lose Rafa because we were incapable of getting him. Liverpool were demanding us to pay his release clause; ~16M, while when Inter got him he was free.

We haven't lost Krasic yet. I don't really buy all this media BS about prices etc. Inter can overpay all they want because they can afford it, while we can't for obvious reasons. It is useless to try to enter a bidding war with them over Krasic.

If we miss him out because we don't want to offer 2mln extra then yes, we are one retarded club for sure. We already sold Molinaro, use that cash and get this thing over with.
Are there any real quotes from his agent or CSKA mentioning that we are not willing to pay only 2M more than our current bid?

No but Marotta said that we're leaving our offer like this while CSKA made an official statement that it's not enough. It's just a matter of couple of millions anyway.
