I suspect we're going to use him as an LB though. He is a defensive winger, and I think while, he'd perfectly complement Krasic, Conte seems to prefer a more offensive option. Am a little confused though, coz we are saying Bastos is a done deal, and still hot on Vucinic trail so he can play out wide left. We certainly won't pay 15m for a bench player. Anyway, all said and done, good addition to the squad if done.

Have you ever actually seen Bastos play? you stating that he is a defensive winger shows that you probably haven't. Bastos in defense is a solid - not spectacular but in offense, he is one of the trickiest, quickest and most effective in the position. If you consider Milos offensive (which he definitely is - in fact, thats all he is) then at this stage, Bastos actually certainly better than Milos

If Bastos comes for 15 M, I am certainly happy because that would mean that Pepe would not start.
