I didn't know where to post these so I'm just opening a new thread for it. Everyday this Swedish newspaper I read, gathers news from different newspapers and summarizes them. I'm just going to translate it and post it in here. It's a good way to keep track with the day-to-day transfer rumours.

I'll post the ones from the past two days and then the one from today and I'll keep posting them everyday.

Jean Claude Blanc reveals the desire to hire Lippi and is prepared to give him any position he wants.

RAI: Lippi is adamant that he's not considering coming back to coaching yet, and that he hasn't been approached by Juventus. He said that everything is not about feelings towards a club, where he spent "eight wonderful years".

Corriere dello Sport:
Blanc says that 50 million euro will be invested towards new players. The newspaper names the same players as yesterday, plus Lampard.

Le Parisien, Football365.fr:
Juventus and Mavuba are in an agreement. Now that the obstacle Deschamps is gone, all there is a need for is a deal with Bordeaux. A price tag of 8 million is likely.

Tuttosport: Juve is trying to acquire Amauri who's also being chased by Inter. Buffon says that he'll stay if Lippi comes. Juve is in the lead for Cris of Lyon, but the French aren't pleased with the fact that Juve contacted the player before the club. Even Cris' teammate, Aliou Diarra, is of interest. Secco is examining the possibility of acquiring Carlos Tevez.

Gazetta dello Sport: The price tag on Iaquinta has been agreed upon; 8 million without co-ownership*. Juventus' bid on Cristian Zapata has however been turned down by Udinese.

*I'm not entirely sure if I translated that sentence correctly, because one of the Swedish words used could be translated both as "without" and "but". I'll have to confirm it :D

Gazzetta dello Sport: There's been a lot of talk of Lippi, but now a predecessor of his has been lined with Juve. Giovanni Trapatooni could make a surprise return to Juventus;however, not as a coach. He would be offered a technical director position and a younger coach would be brought in; Antonio Conte or Ciro Ferrarra, who was mentioned today appears.

La Stampa:
Bettega and Secco were in contact with Lippi yesterday at the Viareggio for the first time. In Lippi's own words "I might suit them but I won't move". Juve won't give up and could offer him the role same roll offered to Trapattoni.

Tuttosport: Marco Tardelli has excluded himself from the board of directors, instead he's going to continue as an expert commentator for Rai. Sissoko to leave Liverpool, Juve is chasing.

Corriere dello Sport:
Trezeguet is on his way to Milan in exchange for Gilardino. Juve is trying to hold onto Camoranesi. Mesto, Almiron, and Mavua to reinforce the midfield, Iaquinta and Bianchi the attack. Tacchinardi will return, Palladino will loaned out. [Comments: Three new inner-midfielders and three new attackers - we're seeing a revolution]

Radiofiorentina.it:
Gastone Rizzato, agent of Manuel Pasqual denies that his client is on his way to Juventus.

Other news: Now that Deschamps has left, Saviola and Giuly's name can be omitted from the lists.

Gigi Buffon spoke from the Coverciano where the national team is gathered, and he said that his chances of staying at Juventus has increased to 75%. "I identify myself with Juve and I feel a part of the project. My dream is to win titles along side Del Piero, Nedved, and Trezeguet again".

Tuttosport: Agnelli and Johan Elkann have called Lippi to persuade him to return. He hasn't said no to a roll similar to that of Ferguson at United, but he won't be ready for another five months. Iaquinta, Gilardino, and Zaccardo can arrive with Lippi's arrival.

Trezeguet is waiting on a bid from Barcelona. Camoranesi has indicated a thumbs up through his agent and will meet with the management to extend his contract. Even Zebina is on the verge of renewing.

Gazetta dello Sport: Milan can't guarantee Gilardino a starting position, and therefore he may look else where if another striker is brought in [at Milan]. Today his agent will meet with Galliani. He wants to go Fiorentina or Juventus where he hopes to work under Lippi once again.

Yesterday, Juve contacted Empoli once again regarding Almirón.

Corriere dello Sport: Juve has expressed their interest to Lazio regarding Stefano Mauri and Christian Ledesma. The Argentinian is not for sale; however, Lazio are interested in several Juve players; Nocerino, Miccoli, Molinaro, Balzaretti, Marchisio, and Bojinov. The Rome outfit has also looked into Jimenez who plays Mauri's position.

Il Messaggero: If Chivu doesn't sign a new contract with Roma than he'll prefer Inter ahead of Juve.

Radio Kiss Kiss:
Zamparini says that Amauri will stay in Palermo and accuses Gigli of speaking to players under contract.

Igor Tudor will leave Juve to joing his hometown club Hajduk Split, the same team he left to join Juve back in 1998. The contract will be signed next week.

Well, I can read Swedish if there's any problems with translation.

Must of the rumours sound nice. Especially the one about Gigi staying if Lippi comes.

    How would you translate this:

Gazzetta dello Sport: Priset på Iaquinta är färdigförhandlat. Det blir 8 miljoner utan delägarskap.
The meaning of "utan" is throwing me off here.

wouldn't it be better to put this in the news section and comment on the rumors individually here if it's worth it?

Anybody else than mods can't start a thread in "Juventuz News Subforum", and I think as a result, nobody but a mod can edit the first post of each thread in this subforum, so either make Tahir a mod or move the thread to the transfers subforum IMO...

he doesn't have to edit the 1st post, just post normally. If you can post here and others than I don't see why he can't.

Zé Tahir contacted an admin and if it doesn't work the it'll be back in the transfer section.
