You don't know me nearly well enough to determine whether or not I am naive.
you're right, let me rephrase that.

icardi can't be fixed. he's 26 and has obvious personality issues. he lacks respect, discipline and moral integrity. let's not pretend that the club's aura is like a magic potion.

It's getting pretty obvious he's coming.
And it seems like Inter is in a fucked up situation with him.
And simply Must sell him asap.

Hopefully we"ll take advantage of this and make the deal on our terms.
Loan + option/obligation sounds good.
For overall not more than 50/60 mil will be good.

As for Kean hopefully if do sell him we"ll have some buy back option JUST in case he explodes.

50/60 mil for a player we don't need, won't fit in our system with Ronaldo, is a known troublemaker and his team are desperate to sell is crazy.

Wait until 31st August, why allow Inter to get money in to do business. If he is still available at a bargain price and we think he is a market opportunity we can't miss then go for him but nowhere near 50/60.

Not sure we don't need.
We might end up selling Kean.
Mario and Higuain are gone.

And we"re still do not know how we will play, 1 or 2 forwards. So...

Regarding the price and the deal I agree we better drag them on until we get it on our terms.

I disagree. While we are pretty much his only realistic way out of Inter i just don't see what the motivation for us is. We simply don't need him.

If we play 4-3-3, Ronaldo is going to be the 9. Kean is ideal for the backup there. If we play 4-3-1-2, Icardi is the absolute opposite of the type of striker that Ronaldo works well with.

I'd far rather take a chance and develop Kean than blow 50/60m on a backup striker on high wages, who is a know problem for morale.
