maybe that was intended. they couldn't get rid of the guy. in order to save ferrari, they have decided to sacrifice juventus.
Possibly

So Arrivabene was at Ferrari 2015 to 2018, Binotto is in charge since 2019.

2013 354 points, 3rd in constructors
2014 216, 4th
2015 428, 2nd
2016 398, 3rd
2017 522, 2nd
2018 571, 2nd
2019 504, 2nd
2020 131, 6th
2021 323, 3rd
2022 199, 2nd

This season theyre doing better then previous couple seasons, but in Baku they pretty much blew both the constructors cup and drivers championship. I'm yet to be convinced that Binotto is a big success story as team principal, in 2017 and 2018 they at least were in the race for the championship, this year it doesnt look like therell even be a race.
So the best we can achieve is 2nd place. Damn.

“A group of players adapted to Allegri is being created.”
“We want to build a winning team for a global brand.”
“De Ligt? We are back to talking about players who follow the advice of their agents or colleagues instead of the club. Today it is impossible to keep a player who wants to leave.”
“How did the Pogback happen? If the numbers are sustainable, you have to take the idea to the board of directors and you can't present yourself without numbers that hold logic.”
“Dybala? There had been an agreement for the renewal, then there was the capital increase, we all took a break, of which the agents were informedand agreed, in order to carry out evaluations within the board.”
“We met again and said that the terms had changed, because we wanted to move differently. So from a 4-year contract at certain figures we changed to another strategy. Also because everyone knows who arrived in January.”
“But that didn't compromise relations, there was no war between us and Dybala. Let's say there was a decision without ifs and buts on this matter and we put it into action. Juventus is above everything.”
“Juve's goal is to keep the team at the highest level and aim for high goals. We are planning for a Juve that starts from football but expands into other dimensions, we want to go beyond the concept of a club and become a global company.“
“Juve is 'emotion', which is why I believe we can create a product that interests not only football fans. The series on Amazon was an experiment. Like Ferrari? That is a brand born global, Juve can become one.”

“I'm often mistaken for a sports director, but I don't think I even have the skills to do that. My task, as managing director, is to create a strategy. I thought it was simpler, but it's a complex system.“
“We always try to plan everything, but there is the human factor. We are talking about footballers, not machines. On a sporting level, Cherubini is in charge, my role is to support him & evaluate together an idea that may seem crazy at first.”
“In a market operation there is no fixed strategy. We all sit around a table, evaluate numbers: there are those who would like to buy the world & those who are more cautious, but after a few hours of discussion we all share the same approach.”
“Pogba’s presence will also be fundamental from a commercial point of view, although my dream is to have an Italian player who is recognised internationally: a Totti, a Del Piero, a Buffon.”
“The effects of the pandemic have not passed, we are closing a very painful balance sheet. The closure of the Stadium and the museum have caused us 75/80mln€ losses over two financial years.“
“I don't want to criticise, but do you know that, for example, Douglas Costa will still affect the next budget?”
“It is not a change of direction, but we need reference points. I have seen the Ronaldo effect on our youngsters, now players like Fagioli, Soulé and Miretti must have players to learn from.”

Ho visto l’effetto che Ronaldo ha avuto su tanti nostri giocatori. Adesso gente come Fagioli, Soulé e Miretti deve avere campioni da cui imparare il mestiere»

I wonder who they have in mind
