Well yeah, but I wouldn't want to waste Dybala on the wing.
We arent going to waste Dybala on the wing, but we are getting alot of wide alternatives in case we dont have Mandzukic or Dybala

Instead of 4 strikers, well go 3 strikers and wingers so we can easely go 4-5-1

nope, that not what i meant either :D

both Cuads and Pjaca are pretty versatile, they allow you to play 433, 442, 352, 343 etc, basically any formation. so when Dybala is unavailable or needs rest, we simply change formation and play these 2 instead of a real SS

Can Pjaca play the Pogba role in a 3-5-2 if needed? The only good alternative we have for him at the moment is Asamoah and he isn't really the most reliable player anymore.

At it stands we have

Morata out = 30mil

Pjanic in = 38 mil
Benatia = 3 mil and payment next year
Alves = 0 mil

So we are about 11 net spend ?

Surely 18-25 mil for Pjaca doesnt demand sales ?

Especially considering outgoing transfers like hernanes/pereyra etc ?

Thats what i tought. With pjanic+alves+benatia - morata we are at 11 mil

11 mil, and this was the summer of the new deal etc ?

Certainly we could afford 2 deals in the region of 20 mil i'd think. 3 if we manage to get a combined 20 mil for sales of hernanens/pereyra/asamoah/caceres wage.

Depay, Pjanic, Cuadrado. Thats basically solving the 4th striker situation by building the winger alternative
Lol thats far from how it works. We bought Morata for 20 million euros in 2014. In 2016 we sold him for 30 million euros. If you check Juventus officiell statement. We made a positive gain of 16 million euros. We also save 2,5 of his wages ( 5 before tax)

Lets now look how it works. If we sell Pereyra for less then 11.37 million euros we make a loss, all over that is plus. He cost us 5,80 million euros per season.

Leta say we buy Kante for 25 million euros, give him a 5 year contact with 3 million euros per season agree tax.

25 million euros/ 5 ( length of contract)= 5 million euros+ 6 million euros ( salary before taxes) = 11 million euros in cost per season.

Lets say we want to sell him after one season. In the balance, with 4 years left there are still 20 million left ( with 3 years left 15 million euros) after one season we most sell him for atleast 20 million euros or else we make a loss. Thats a reason why we havent sold some players like Martinez beacuse it would be a loss, instead we gave him a longer contract to low the cost per season.

Its build on cost, and every club has a budget to stick to. If we get a better economy with larger sponsors we can increase the budget and get better players.

Cavani for 40 million euros isent the same as gabriel Jesus for 40 million euros for example. Lets see why

Cavani 40 million euros ( older shorter contract) 40/ 3 year contract= 13,33 million euros per season. Salary 6 million euros before tax 12 million euros. 12+ 13,3= 25,3 million euros per season.

Gabriel Jesus 40 million euros/ 5 year contract= 8 million euros, salary lets say he gets a salary like Dybala, 2,3 million euros before taxes thats 4,6 million euros. 8 million euros + 4,6 = 12,6 million euros per season.

Cavani= 25,3 million euros per season
Gabriel Jesus= 12,6 million euros per season.

Same price to buy but double expensive per season.

Just som examples. If my english was better I could explain i better. Hope some of you get a better understanding how it works

In that case I agree.

how do people find the motivation to do all these calculations..
Its nice to know how it works instead of living in a fantasy world. Sell Morata for 30, Pereyra for 15, thats 45. Lets buy Lacazette for 55. And we spent 10 million euros. LOL thats how 90 procent of the forum thinks it works.

Its so far from the reality.

Cuadrado was the black Krasic so therefore, Pjaca is the white Cuadrado
Cuadrado was a success, I'm mainly comparing him to krasic because of his directness comparison and of course sharing a Balkan background..

Of course I'm kidding and I really hope I'm wrong with such a comparison but it is amusing. :hihi:
