When he doesnt have to play LB he performs well. Great game tonight and although Matuidi isnt tearing it up the 3 man midfield with him covering is letting Mambro be in the box the whole time
Yes but that's very irritating for 80% of matches watched. Tonight he was all over Carvahal. Technically not amazing but did his general task superbly.
He's our best player imo. Doesn't always turn up anymore due to age/motivation but when he does, he's always the most impactful. If we could provide constant crosses, he'd be a much bigger threat.
