@The Cusp

Draxler 22 - after 2 seasons - his value with us will be huge, and after 4 he'll be a massive star if he performs well.

Goetze 23 - same as Draxler

Mata 27 - after two seasons 29 - this will be the moment to sale if we want big money from him and after 4 years - 31 - his value won't be that big.

They all will be good for us, but Draxler and Goetze would be better deals in terms with resale value. Mata on the other hand can turn out to be our new Nedved which would be awesome.

So, from a resale perspective - the germans are better than Mata because they are younger. Do you get my opinion on this subject? Let's see if you will honor me with a new three word insult with a smiley.

Oh no, don't mention resale value.

Some people really freak out about selling players.

My main gripe about the buyback clause in this case is not about what it'd do to our image but if we are able to actually maximize the commercial potential in a superstar like Götze.

You want to enhance the brand of the club by bringing a German superstar in but you also know he most likely will be gone in two years.Its like pre-determined already.I question if this is a good strategy.

You know what everyone - whatever happens that is a superb operation for the club. That shows to me we know when to show ambition and are willing to. Perhaps the right conditions won't present themselves, but at least I know we went for a player that is a\what the coach needs and b\fantastic market opportunity.

Damn right! If we have no intention of using them to their full potential, and only farming them for bigger clubs I'd rather leave them where they are.
How many players have come to Juve at the age of 20-25 and have stayed for more than 7 seasons? It's my dream too to have a team full of loyal players like Nedved, Buffon and Del Piero, but that's hard to find. Especially today when we are far behind the money of big english, spanish teams and Bayern.

For big clubs most players are only a means to an end for winning trophies. This is our main goal. I don't give a fuck about loyalty, if we get CL trophy every other season.

By all papers bro.

TS and CDS too.

As well as La Stampa.
Seems to me an invention of the media.

@Mark who is coffettifun? Reliable?

Buongiorno a tutti.
The deal between Bayern and Juve is already done, the total fee wont be over 37/38ml. Could be a loan with obbligation. Hasnt heard anything of a recompra or other "strange" deals.

Dont know who this cat is but the mercato wouldn't be as fun without random and probably bullshit guru news from VS

Expecting a huge buzzkill from Beppe's interview on Monday.

'Vidal asked to leave so we sold him but fans should not delude themselves.We aren't going to sign any big names.It's utopian to think that way'

'But we will see if we can exploit any opportunities on the market'

Loan + obligation without recompra :rofl:

Pure delusion.
Not necessarily. We in theory have given them a good deal for Vidal, didnt 'place' him on the market.

And I meant he would say there are many players we are interested in, we will see what opportunities arise. There is nothing to say in regards to Vidal.
