Guys, gotta be realistic... It's on tuttosport, the most pro-Juve newspaper ever, google translated:

«Non c'è più motivo per vendere Verratti alla Juve»

"There is no reason to sell Verratti to Juve"

The President of Pescara: "With the Naples instead there is a contact of collaboration. De Laurentiis with me was always very direct and his way of doing this I like '

ROME - "With the collaboration of Naples there is a contact. For what concerns the counterparts, since they are less than those of Juventus, we no longer any reason to sell Verratti to Juventus. " Opens and closes at Napoli for Juventus. The President of Pescara, Daniel Sebastiani, clarifies the negotiations for the talent of Abruzzo. "Napoli and Juventus have never made any secret of asking us Verratti - Sebastiani explained to Radio Crc - Juventus had done a little 'before that had some advantage in terms of time but it is only with these two teams that we have discussed despite other foreign clubs had expressed an interest in the player. De Laurentiis with me was always very direct and his way of doing this I like, I like the patron of Naples. I think I opened a good relationship with him and I hope to continue to keep trying to create an intense collaboration that saw two teams represent the South. "

THE NEGOTIATION - Sebastiani goes in and talks about specific counterparts. "The manager Verratti is following the transaction with us. However, I say that is not true that Verratti wants Juventus. The fact that as a child, Mark cheering Juventus, can not help the company to conclude a deal. The fate of a player is to play in big teams and it is Naples. Verratti for several years and I know I say it is above all a professional and knows very well that in his situation could get any team. Fideleff alternative Capuano, if ever go away? With Naples there are several reports that never say never. The South American player that we buy with Napoli? The Naples even more of us has a network of observers around the world and if there is a chance to do something together, we will do it gladly. The Pescara Pescara rooting for executives whose companies do not work in this to hurt the square and the city. The company has financial problems that will not necessarily sell Verratti. If Mark is sold, will only come in exchange for compensatory techniques. The issue of image rights? I know well the contents of the contract with the Verratti Puma.Se is scheduled to meet with De Laurentiis? Between Monday and Tuesday we could meet, do not rule it out. Barytes, Santana, Troisi and Bouy would do to our case, all four players would be welcome. "

---------------

How can u guys ignore the statements of the President of Pescara and of Marotta (saying they will try to solve it out, in a other reports)? This was published by tuttosport. I mean, if they publish bad news about Juve, they have to be true. Not all good news will, on the other hand.

The situation is difficult. Unless Juve throw in something like 3M/4M more, they won't do business. This guy has made it clear he has a better relationship with De Laurentiis.

So it's up to Marotta to decide if the player is worthy of 5M for half of him, plus the loan of Buoy and co-own of Troisi, or not. As simple as that. It's still in Juve's hands, but it ain't easy.

That is really something you know...

IMHO Pescara's president just trying to push on Juve to make a better deal for his club, because if Verratti wants to go ONLY to Juve then it will be so no matter what.
And the president can fuck off and say whatever he wants,if Verratti comes out and say "Hey,either Juve now or in 2/3 years for free" he will have no choice but to sell him.
And i believe he knows it.i trust it's still in our hands, and if we want we'll get him.

Forget this guy. When we have a new CF, and one more defensive signing, then we should be focusing on signing young players for 2013.

In my mind Verratti is a luxury and not a priority.

what if Pirlo goes through bad season and such things and the guy is old anyway. we needed his replacement even this year if you ask me. our game is so related to him.

you can't find someone like Pirlo every year and this is a big chance to get his young replacement..

a luxury when it comes to 5 mils for half of him? i think it's not really that much if we really want him

Verratti may be Serie B proven but I think the Pirlo comparisons are a long way off, dude.

Anyway a new starting CF is far more important.

spending 5mil for half of a 19 year old whom you won't even use this season is a luxury.

neymar is 20 and he costs like 50-60 mils...maybe veratti will be useful for us so it ain't that much..a real good u19 talent can be rarely found...especially an italian one. no way i compare those 2 but it's about having them under your club.

Ok, its a "luxury" now, but what about this summer being only chance to sign him? And just give up the opportunity when others dont and tie him up for the forseeable future. Its about timing and knowing when to sign quality talents while you can. Last Serie B player we and Napoli were interested in, and we dismissed and they signed, for 5m, was this guy.

i never said that signing veratti was a bad move but I stand by my point that completing our first team squad, for this season, should always be the priority.

We opted to sign Sergio Almiron for 9m because he was ''guaranteed success''.
