Juventus target Marco Verratti has highlighted his dream of playing for hometown club Pescara in the Italian top flight.

The outfit ensured Serie A promotion on Sunday and the 19-year-old would like the chance to stay despite on-going transfer talks with the Old Lady.

“I want to play with the Pescara shirt in Serie A,” stated the playmaker. “I’m from Pescara, I’ve made many sacrifices for this team and I would like to remain.

“Juventus? To play alongside great champions, even not all the time, would be important. But to play here in my team, almost as a regular, would give me fundamental experience.

“After yesterday’s game, I asked the President to keep me here. I’ll speaks with him after my spell with the national side.”

The playmaker, likened to Juve’s Andrea Pirlo, was a surprise inclusion in Cesare Prandelli’s 32-man squad for Euro 2012.

“The season is not over yet,” stated the kid who once turned down a move to Milan. “I hope to repay Coach Cesare Prandelli for the faith he has shown in me.

“It is a great honour for me to have been included in the long-list for the European Championship.”

Fuck, why does my other Italian team have to come into Serie A. Fuck Zeman. I'm only a Pescara fan because my family is from there so I can't really help but support them, obviously not to the extent that I do with Juve but I still follow them. Oh well, I still won't give a fuck when Juve gets 6 pts next season from them but I will be rooting for them over all other teams. Fuck Zeman once again too.

Thing is there chief, he would actually play in every single game unlike, for example, Sorensen who left "to get experience" played in what 1 game?
