Italy defender Paolo Maldini says he is reconsidering his decision to reitre form international football after a request from coach Giovanni Trapattoni.
"He advised me to wait before officialising my farewell to international football," said Maldini. "I think I'll take his advice and make a final decision in 20 days. There's no hurry.
"I'm still inclined to stick by my initial decision but I will wait before making the official announcement."
