My sympathy is with him though. He's not a bad guy and he's not even a bad manager. It's that he's not the right manager for a club like Juventus.

I really don't like the way the board handled this entire situation either. It has dragged on for weeks and it has severely affected results. We have been going on and on with Ranieri while players knew he would be gone at the end of the season and they didn't want to do anything to save him. If you want to back up your coach, you need to be firm. If you don't want to back him up, you need to sack him. It's that easy.
