In cases like these nobody created problems for us, except our management itself.

They:

1. Loan a player for two years without an option to bring back the player after the first year. We do own that player 100 percent so we should dictate the terms.
2. Loan a player to other club and he goes out against us during the season and scores or makes assists = we lose points. We should introduce limits to these kind of deals like the English clubs used to do. Forbid him to play against us.

Its illegal to forbid a player from playing against their parent club in Italy and basically everywhere in Europe, including the CL/EL. Its only in the UK where they can do it. You get situations like Chelsea bitching because Ateltico played Courtois against them in CL when in the UK they wouldn't be able to do so.
