It an amazing documentary about the behind the scenes of the reffing world which was filmed during the Euro cup 2008. The whole documentary was posted on youtubr, it's 8 parts 10 minutes each. It's in Italian but plenty of parts are in Egnlish though.

It's in English mostly. The subtitles are in Italian and one part where the cameras follow Rosetti and his family isn't translated.
