Great game from him once again

Big reason why we don't get run over by teams through the middle. Protecting Loca's as well big time.

If he improves his passing, he'll be a handful

I disagree, I think he's very limited. He offers physical strength, but he's a mediocre passer of the ball, not really good with movements, defending is so-so and in the offensive phase offers next to nothing. Will have a decent career one day at Nottingham or Chrystal Palace but yeah not Juve quality

To me, he's just McKennie 2.0

Not everybody needs to be good at everything.

Maybe I'm missing some insight, but what is he particular good at?
He imposes himself physically, has the drive to play out of pressure and even run forward with the ball, albeit not always efficient while going at it but from the sample size we’ve got can say there’s room for improvement in him in that regard, isn’t afraid to take initiatives and brings to our game the kind of physicality and defensive solidity that the other CM’s do not.

With all that being said, it’s probably still way too early to really tell if he can keep improving on this kind of performances consistently or whether he already hit his peak, but sure wouldn’t completely write him off.
