Hernanes from a defensive point of view is abysmal, you simply cannot have him as the one protecting our defense. We need to get him as far away from our back 4 as possible, move Lemina in the middle, Pereyra on the right and Hernanes behind the strikers.

Zaza can do well when he just sticks to shooting, but when he tries to do anything clever he is terrible.

Napoli is better than us in every way at the moment. Thankfully they have wasted a couple of chances, or this would be 3 - 0. Zaza I think has some good positional ideas but he can't execute, he's always offside and that last opportunity he should have passed it. Our midfield was last after the goal, it's like we put our hands down. Hernanes is not dictating pace, or providing killer passes, he's isolated right there where he can't use his best (only?) attribute, his shots.
