We still did well and have a lot to be proud about, topped our group, got 5-2 agg over champions Chelsea in that stage and beat Celtic 5-0. We've definitely gone as far as we can go right now. However, I do think that 1st minute goal fucked us though, the tie may have been a little different if it wasn't for that. Maybe we wouldn't have been so outplayed.

Progress is an 'easy' or obvious fix, hopefully the management can see and rectify the problem.
