@Errka- Chelios has done far more than Nieminem has ever done. :D
:irritate:

Yeah, definitely Chelios has done more than Nieminen, but it surely was fun to watch that old prick getting pissed of with our Ville-boy... :D

Chelios didn't even shake hands with Nieminen after the game, and Tkatchuk hit him in the face and threatened him! Stupid really...

Due to popular demand, here is the Captaincy for my All Female Juventuz FC team. I had to make three because I couldn't make up my mind.

Fabiana (C)- She is the brains of the operation, mastermind behind it all.

Asma (C)- Miss Congeniality who gives our team a good rep.

River (C)- Just in case the other team is filled with b**t*es, she can straighten them out a little. :D

Being a Montreal Canadiens fan, I don't care who wins, as long as Koivu and Theodore perform well.

Erkka, I adore Koivu, BTW.

Captain Courageous, as he is known.

:undecide:strange that Koivu isn't that hyped here in Finland...

Anyway Andy, Nieminen checked Chelios and specially Tkatchuk all the time, after few hits they just lost it, it was soooo cool... :D

...And now back to "Juventuz Football Club"... :D

me, hydde and blackmint passed out drunk on the bench :D
the coolest thing is that we spend time drinking on the bennh...we get paid a lot of money and still have time to party while the first team have to train a lot :D

if things go wrong,.,,, well the coach can call us to clean the mess :D

Orright people, quite clearly the season for awards is over. Now its time to get down to some real business. Yes, im talking about the Juventuz football club. Draw up your list of players in the juventuz team from the forums, and give a reason as to why you chose a particular individual for a particular position.

The rules are as follows:
1. You must have a minimum of five substitutes.
2. Sex does not matter. (of course it does, what i mean is gender does not matter)
3. Your team must comprise 11 individuals and include a captain.

Here goes:

GK:

Martin - Cautious approach would ensure minimal penalties.

Defense:

Vinman - ...obviously.
Sergio - Big fella, would be hard to beat in crucial one on one tackles.
Jun Hide - A keen eye would help intercept challenges in the box.
Torkel (C) - Always on the ball.

Midfield:

Andy - He'd provide a good link between defense and attack.
Fliakis - Edgar who?
Gray - His never fading enthusiasm would be needed in the centre to ensure heads dont drop during a bad moment in the game.
Stuart - Not slowing down, which means good for the wings.

Attack:

Zlatan - (No, not for the name) Precision.
Mikhail - His strikes usually prove decisive.

Subs:
Majed - His fluctuating temperament keeps him on the bench.
Don Bes - His kind of talent needs to be nurtured.
Desmond - A good understanding of the game, likely to play the 2nd half.
Padovano - His game needs a wee bit sharpening, good enough to be in the squad.
Blackmint - Another up and coming talent.

Wow, first time I see this thread. Good choice man, with me at least ;)

Also, work rate. I never stop running, no matter what or where I'm playing :thumb:

Here is my line up
EDIT: one man team is a bit full of oneself..
----------------Black'Buffon'mint-------------------------

Stuart-------Don bes----PM----------Erkka---

-----------------Arif-------------

---Zlatan-------------------------Gray

------Kurvengerfluster-----------------Andy---

-----------------------Mikhail------------

This team would kick ass.

Mikhail, with the never die attitude of the irish, would fight harder then anyone. Andy and his american flair would provide a new dimension, the old fashiond german style of kurvengerfluster would bring us back to the days of seeler and muller! Gray would play the harry kewell role, Arif would be the midfield bomb, and zlatan would be the team icon and play the david beckham role:D

Stuart, provides the much needed right back pace, Don bes the central power tower in defence, PM the hot head every team needs :D,

And Erkka as left back thanks to an old finnish saying  :D

And me in goal.. does it need any explanation?:D

Add on whoever else you want!:D

Nice team. And I'd be better than Becks

;)
