The wait is over. It was long, excruciatingly long, but now it’s over. Juve are back where they belong, in the Champions League, wearing the Scudetto on their chests and ready to take on the best the Old Continent has to offer. London is the first stop but the show will soon be rolling up at Juventus Stadium.
On Tuesday 2 October the Bianconeri’s new home will host the first Champions League encounter in its short but already glorious history. Shakhtar Donetsk are coming to town and anticipation is already mounting ahead of the stadium’s European debut.
Juventus' meeting with the Ukrainian outfit feels even closer as of today: the first tickets are now available. The pre-sales phase is limited to season ticket holders, who, depending on their sector, can acquire tickets from 18 to 20 or from 21 to 24 September.
Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 will be reserved for Premium Members before tickets go on general sale on Thursday 27 September. (Information on tickets sales can be found here.)
So while Juve are in London preparing to do battle with reigning champions Chelsea, back home preparations are being made for the Old Lady’s first gala evening. All fans are invited of course. Dress code? Black and white.
