Tbf I only judge how they look on the pitch from far away. I won't be buying one do I don't care about close ups.

Such a nice kit, I like how clean the back is as well, easy to read. This is my favorite primary kit since the new logo

This reminds me of Starship Troopers football uniform type. Theirs makes more sense.

imo it's not redeeming at all, it's still a horrible, horrible shirt.

but it's nice to see that the shorts, socks and the distance of the usual footie camerawork helps to hide it.

I agree, the black socks and shirts make it look nicer from distance.

Every shirt where they mess with the stripes is horrible. Ugly zigzags in 2011, the feathers or whatever in 2012 to the paint brush like crap under Pirlo. It always sucks.

For what it's worth I think 2014-15 might have been our best kit ever and it had white shorts and white socks as well.

All of this besides the fact that black shorts and black socks make us look like Newcastle.
