Did that not have a patch on the back? I can't remember. Generally light striped kits have them now so the ref and tv cameras can easily pick up at least numbers, but also names.

Those kits we had in the past with lettering over stripes were cool but in terms of contrast and visibility were really shit. Black and white is especially bad for it because no light or dark colour used will stand out on the similar stripe. UEFA rules changed a little since 2012 and there is supposed to be a "free area" around the lettering and number, but teams who can use white lettering on a mostly dark kit, say Inter or Milan, for example, can get away with it.
