The gold in the sponsor looks weird compared to the other gold details it's too dark and the outline makes it stand out more so it looks unbalanced. Other than that I think it's look great. Will look even better with black shorts and socks.

I like the colours, but I agree with you. Adidas have gone for a retro design with the way the panels are cut. Yet they have with an ultra modern fit and also those high v necks and tight sleeve cuffs. Ajax have the same with their home shirt too. The results look weird.
