Just to clarify, because there seems to be some confusion: Market research showed #Juventus jerseys weren't selling well in America because they resembled the uniform used by referees in Baseball and American Football. So the change was partly due to that.

That picture means nothing. People in the US buy the original jerseys and there are a lot of em, Juve not being the most popular club doesn’t mean no one is buying their jerseys.

And yeah, I’ve gotten the referee comment so I totally understand the switch.

Yeah. Let's change our iconic shirt design because some idiots mistake it for a ref shirt. Doesn't happen to Juventus fans, and the rest ain't buying them anyway, so what's the point.
By that logic they shouldn't buy Real jerseys because they look like whatver psycho's wear, Dortmund's looks like McDonald's, Chelsea's like Police uniform etc.

Stupid.
