Meh, I've seen us play in similar fashion with a full squad. The transition from defense to attack just seems so friggin' terrible.

Our RB stays as a CB and our LB dribbles inside as a DM/CM often and the wingers remain very isolated (they're also just shit)

Indeed. Too much knee jerk reactions, I expected worse then this away with depleted squad. We had a decent half mostly, kept them at bay and countered despite having zero strikers.


Aston villa only woke up last 10 minutes when they gotten couple good chances. So people letting that cloud the entire half.


Weah and Koop and their zero attack presence is an issue. As is how reliant we are on Chico, but in overall our midfield have done good job. As have our defence except last 10. I worry for Kalulu yellow.

Wingers not going in to dangerous position to score themselves. Probably a main mercato strategy was for Koopmeiners and Douglas Luiz to add the goals, but they have 0 so far.

Which wingers? The only winger we have is Chico while we sold the other two actual wingers we had (Chiesa and The new Iturbe).

if you accept that this performance is acceptable due to depleted squad i understand. but then you need to accept that the draws vs empoli, parma, lille, cagliari, roma, and loss vs stuttgart when squad wasn't depleted is proof this team is badly managed.

First of all I don't think Yildiz is a winger but more of a Dybala-like SS or #10 and he's wasted on the wing.

But I don't think our wingers output is Yildiz or Chico's fault though. They're playing so deep in their own half. You can't expect them to dribble their way to the goal from 55 yards
