It's a free hit sort of game for Stuttgart, they are expected to lose on paper so they've just come out and played with confidence. Our players seem to have done what we have and looked at the Bundesliga table expecting this to be a walkover.

These sort of games are where coaches earn their money, seem to short of options and ideas, tactically second best, the second half needs to be completely different.

Terrible performance, Stuttgart has dominated.

Where is our midfield? There seemed to be a massive abyss in the middle of the pitch. Fagioli hasn't got on the ball to settle the team. McKennie has been invisible and Thuram had gone missing apart from a couple of nice carries. We need someone to sit in the middle and put in some tackles, which fits bringing in Locatelli.

Savona has been worryingly poor. I think his performances have gone under the radar recently, he's made a lot of mistakes and been too easily beaten.
