surely he would b perfect for us, young, proven. left/right wing, can play in the hole, creative, fast , blah, blah blah, the only thing is he must have a huge price tag.
Maybe you don't watch many PSG games. Ronaldinho is inconcsistent at best. He had a great showing in the World Cup, but his club ball would indicate that he is not worth his price. Ronaldinho is a fine player and all, but he is a selfish ass. He has talent in abundance, but he has more pride and foolishness than ability.

I still think that he'd be a terrific buy ;)
    How so?

He would cost an exorbitant amount and come in only to displace Nedved, Davids, or Brighi. And, there is no telling how the strong defences of Italy will effect him. In the Championat, a strong defencive team could shut him down easily.

Speaking economically, he would be a horrible buy. In this market, transfer prices are going down. We could get any number of established, or young players at significantly lower prices than Ronaldinho. Van der Vaart, D'alessandro, or Mendieta would all be significantly cheaper, and the better investment overall.
