I always thought German clubs are very good at using really ugly jerseys. Compare all the German ones to the first two in this thread and they don't stand a chance. The one I dislike most is Dortmund.
But the Bayern jersey is class

I disagree. Maybe the 1980s or during any desert war but that pretty much covers it :D

True but Ajax is always hard to beat though...

And Germany's NT needs to develop a sensible jersey that matches their national colours already.

It's not like Ajax is amazing, it's classy but there are plenty others out there which look better.
Maybe in direct design but I think history and status are VERY important. With that in mind, there's a couple of clubs that just can't be beaten. Ajax is one of them, so is AC Milan cause they tend to stick to their guns from what I've seen.

To me history doesn't mean anything in this context, old soccer shirts look butt ugly compared to modern designs and if it weren't for the advertising, contemporary jerseys would look even better (granted there is a canyon between the best and worst).

Have you noticed how step by step we are seeing bigger avatars? :D
Erik taught me the new word, it's been accepted and ratified into my vocabulary.
