I don't know what can be concluded about that but the only thing I see is a very poor league.

Lots of parity in this mediocre league. The fact that Fiorentina and Inter are top of the table, one isn't even playing European football, and the other is bottom of their Europa League group speaks volumes. Add to this that Roma is 3rd and has 2 points in 3 CL games in a weak group... and... I think this is the absolute bottom for Serie A. The 2 best players in Serie A left in the summer, in Vidal and Tevez. The league is shit.
