Mancini actually made Icardi captain. I don't know how Inter fans are able to stomach that. To go from JZ to Icardi in just a few years. I pity them.

Not to mention that Icardi is incredibly overrated. Poachers don't work in modern football. Which is exactly why Mandzukic needs to be relegated to the bench as soon as possible
Better than moving from Zanetti to Rannochia ffs.

Also Icardi is very well becoming a world class player. He was already joint topscorer last season which is very impressive at this age and it doesn't seem like a one off season.

Feck if only Jovetic didn't score a last minute goal our loss could have looked less dramatic than what it is.
Now Lazio and Inter have 3 more points than us.
Icard is broken now we need Jovetic to do what he know better......getting injuered.

Let me remind you that we lost against freaking Parma last season.

It's as bad as first matches can go, but silly to make any predictions concerning the title based on this.
Problem is not that we lost the first match. Even if it was shocking how managed it.
The problem is that the next game is against Roma in Rome. And if we lose we'd be 4 points behind after 2 matches.
To that our midfield is injured. Pogba tried too much cause he has the shirt (he was better of with no.6). Isla is disgrace. Hope Marotta manage to sell him for any sum.
The future atm is not looking very brightly.

Pretty amusing start from Milan's exciting, new, young centre-half pairing. :D

What Milan should be more worried about is how light they looked in midfield.

Bertolacci and Bonaventura leave De Jong with too much to do and Honda is just a luxury player Milan can't afford to carry. They need to play Montolivo (or a new signing) reasonably close to De Jong to give him less space to cover and less responsibility on the ball.

Milan's midfield last night was wide open and that is why Fiorentina were able to get at the centre-halves so easily.

I'm sure Balotelli will solve all their problems, though.

Lazio looked strong again.

They should be able to hoover up zillions of points against the shit teams because they won't be able to cope with Lazio's pace and quality of delivery from wide areas.
