Unless it's an intentional, serious injury ( bad tackles do not count), nothing that happens on the pitch should be brought to court.
Bad tackles do count. There have been numerous cases where a player was convicted because of a bad tackle. Generally it is assumed that either the tackle was downright malicious or so dangerous that it is outside the scope of the normal risks of playing football. Camoranesi for example was ordered to pay damages for such a tackle when he was around 18-19.

€120m for Ancelotti’s Milan
by Football Italia

Milan are reportedly willing to offer Carlo Ancelotti a transfer budget of €120m to take the Coach's job this summer.
Adriano Galliani is currently in the Spanish capital attempting to convince Ancelotti, who was sacked by Real Madrid on Monday, to return to San Siro.
The Corriere della Sera reiterates reports that the two spoke over dinner at the former Rossoneri Coach’s house last night as Galliani sought to tempt Ancellotti back.
He is believed to have offered the Coach €120m to spend in the transfer market this summer on behalf of President Silvio Berlusconi.
Tuttosport believes that this money would be spent on reinforcing the Rossoneri with two forwards, two midfielders and one defender.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport also outlined the potential plan B for the club, should an agreement for Ancelotti not be reached.
The newspaper believes that Sevilla Coach Unai Emery would be the priority as an alternative, but a move for Azzurri Coach Antonio Conte remains possible.
Conte is today being suggested by the same publication as possibly on his way out of the Italy job, should he be called to court under match fixing allegations.
Emery leads his side in the Europa League final against Dnipro this evening, as they attempt to defend the trophy they won last year.

How would this even be possible?
