Asamoah was a very good deal, Isla turned out to be a turd. But in hindsight not many were opposed to signing Isla.

I suppose it all depends on who we target at a specific time, as much as how the player integrates. Signing from Udinese seems to be a case of pot luck, considering how they exist to sell players. The list of players they have sold to bigger clubs is huge, but I count probably 5-6 who have made a big impact at a 'top' club (I'm including Cuadrado).

Nice to see Roma not bending over to Bayern(according to reports,atleast)and keeping the quality in Serie A.Good for them,not really for us(if we really want it easy peasy for the league).
