Come on, is it not? :D

Last season the only thing watchable about Milan was Zlatan :D

Really, you guys can't see the huge difference between Serie A, today and Serie A 3-4 years ago at the very least? I'm not in any way a Serie A hater, it has always been one of my favorite leagues, not anymore though.

Agreed.

I wouldn't know much though as I only watch Juve these days.
2-3 years ago, you'd just wait in anticipation to see Milan, Roma, Lazio, Fiorentina, and even Inter to be honest. Juve are strong now, and much of the talk about Serie A right now doesn't apply to them, but for the vast majority of other Serie A teams, they're just way too underwhelming nowadays.

In the past those Sunday games at 13:00 GMT, you'd have 2-3 games that are very interesting to watch. Certainly not the case anymore.

Niang any good? may debut today.
Way too early for him to move to a team like Milan imo. He's shown glimpses of quality in the Ligue, but not yet enough to warrant a move to a team like Milan imo. He's one of those players whose physicality is too much for players his age, and therefore was absolutely dominant in the youth teams, and was deemed too good to keep playing youth football. Caen played him in the Ligue, and his physique was too much to handle even for senior players. He's not a talented player, but he's athletic and very physical.
