I honestly dont think we are in a position to sign a top player from the EPL atleast in the next 3-4 years unless its a Bendtner or some other scrub.Its not just about moving to a better club in Juve but nowadays EPL players see the Italian league as a big step down and i am assuming Suarez is in the same line of thought.

But Suarez is aware that staying in Liverpool wouldn't bring him any success apart from money and I think we can offer him the same if not slightly bigger salary. The problem would be if some other EPL clubs like City entered the race for his signature. And also there is culturological reason. South American players in most cases would prefer Spain and Italy over England. First place in Italy and CL contender is better than 8th place in England. From the most interviews footballers always point out that although money is important winning important trophies is even more.
