That's all good but their attack won't & can't fire on all cylinders throughout the season. Their defense will cave in & they will be caught on the counter, it's bound to happen.
You talk as if the season is one big match lol. They'll be caught on the counter? In like every game? In one game?

Why can't their attack fire on all cylinders all year? They have the best attackers lol.

And even if Milan falters, who is going to blow past them? Inter lol? Lazio lol? JUVE LOL?

Whats up with all the lol's?

Are you willing to stake your house on Milan maintain their form all season long?

The best attackers? They aren't leading the Serie A scoring charts.

Inter will take the scudetto. Don't fool yourself into thinking that Milan will win it. AS IF.:howler:

Allegri's three man midfield doesn't work for them. It's not imposing enough and very unlikely that Gattuso and Ambrosini will be able to keep up this kind of form.

They are getting good results right now but it won't last.
They have Boateng and Flamini both can replace Gattuso and ambrosini in any given game.

And again depth is the "biggest advantage" that milan have this season (over their past seasons). They have Ibra-Pato-Ronaldinho-Robinho (when in form those attackers are easily among the best in serie A). in the midfield, they have Ambrosini, pirlo, Gattuso, flamini, Seedorf and Boateng allegri can rotate all season with them (to keep them fresh and ready for matches).

Their two CB's (Thiago silva and Nesta) as I've said in my previous post are IMO the best Pair of CB's in the league. Their backup CB's are Sokratis, Onyewu and Yepes not great but an "ok" option when needed. The fullbacks are just decent (no more or less). Abate, Antonini, Bonera and Zambrotta (two for each position).

What allegri has this season that for example Ancelotti lacked in his years with milan is "depth". Allegri has the privilege To rotate among players in every position throughout the season. Something that Milan had been doing so far this season and they're actually doing it pretty well. Add the club's experience (and sometimes gifts from referees) and you'll have a very realistic league winning team.

Official: Cagliari sack Bisoli

Cagliari have officially fired Coach Pierpaolo Bisoli and are expected to bring in former Italy boss Roberto Donadoni.

The news was announced on the official website late on Monday evening after a meeting at the club headquarters.

The Sardinians have lost their last two home games on the trot and are in joint penultimate place with just 11 points from 12 rounds.

Although it is not yet official, it is widely reported that the replacement will be former Italy and Napoli tactician Donadoni.

“Cagliari Calcio and Coach Pierpaolo Bisoli have this evening reached an agreement to terminate the working relationship,” read a statement.

“Such an event does not in any way represent unhappiness with the work of the Coach, who we thank for his efforts thus far.

“Unfortunately football is too often based on results and many times we are forced to make decisions that go against sentiment and human rapport.

“Bisoli is and always will be a great Coach. He can only emerge from this experience with his head held high.”

Bisoli is the third Coach to be dismissed in Serie A this season after Bologna’s Franco Colomba and Genoa’s Gian Piero Gasperini.
Getting into a rhythm, whos next? :D

Milan are too top heavy - their MF and DF are not so strong

Let's hope Pastore does not choose to go to Barcelona he's too good for them. He's the potential to become bigger than Messi and Ronaldo, the kid is simply sensational.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves. The guy has one good season for Palermo behind him.

It's not getting ahead of myself, you can cleary see the kid has all the traits to make it big. His raw talent exceeds most.
He's fantastic no doubt, but saying he can become bigger than Messi or Ronaldo is pushing it. Look at all the Aimar's, Saviola's , etc. Talent alone doesn't cut it. I'm not saying it's not possible, anything's possible, but it's too soon to make such predictions.

:agree:

Exactly. Riquelme being a prime example, i really thought the guy would have won tons & tons of personal & club accolades.
