it is one thing to believe that there is a higher being and it is a completely different thing to take a few books written by some man centuries ago literally

So, you believe there is a God, but you don't believe that he's like what's told in religious books. Ok?

I can only say that I have given the topic of religion a lot of attention in my life and over the last few years my curiosity has driven me to engage a lot of people on the subject. So I find it sort of curious that you're assuming you know all about it, unless you've spoken to one of them.

in my opinion, there are two types of religious poeple:
those who keep their beliefs to themselves and those who do not.

i dont mind those who keep it to themselves but it is those who do not keep it to themself that annoyed me up to the point where i do not see religion as an option
