Tevez really started to play well as the game went on. Initially he looked sloppy and gave the ball away easy but as his confidence built he became menacing. I can't wait to see him after a few more games and the team becomes more familiar with his movements. Llorente looked a bit slow and his first touch was bad at times but he had a few good moments.

I can't believe that miss by Marrone and then the give away in midfield. He was absolute junk today

Wouldn't read too much into it, a good warm up match for the upcoming season, with Conte's training routine players are exhausted (expect us to struggle a bit for super coppa as well) but the plus side is around September team get used to the work out and become super fit which lead us to explosive start to the season.

Did storari really start a scuffle? The commentator said he went after the kid who chipped him lol. If he did I think its hilarious "How dare you chip me? .. Do you know who I am? ... "

Anyway they did not show any footage of it. I loved the teams reaction when the fan ran on to the pitch and kicked Asamoah's penalty. Most ppl get so outraged by that sort of thing, but all our guys were cheering him on and clapping. I enjoyed that alot. I have not seen Conte laugh that hard.

I think that we all can get good conclusions about the game, the players look better everyday, and once Llorente and Tévez get to know each other, we'll see a magnific striking force.
