If Berna needs surgery then get it now and have him ready for next year you idiots.

Only prayers can save Cuadrado knowing that injury. He should be ready for next year as well with rest. He's not that young anymore, I wouldn't want to push him.
Do you think we can have him for the CL fixtures? We don't really need him for Serie A games, but do you think it's possible he can play 4-5 games before the season is out?

I would bet Cuadrado is done for the season.
Season over for Cuadrado? | Football Italia

Juventus Coach Massimiliano Allegri doesn’t know when Juan Cuadrado will return - “three months, six months - we hope not”.

The winger underwent surgery for a recurring groin injury, and it’s not clear if he’ll be able to return before the end of this season.

“Cuadrado had a check-up on Saturday and is continuing his treatment,” Allegri said in his Press conference earlier today.

“It’s normal that right now Cuadrado isn’t available, but if you ask me 'is Cuadrado’s season over?’…

“Hopefully not, but right now Cuadrado isn’t available, then if he will be after the international break, in 20 days or in a month we’ll see.

“It’s an inflammation, these things can go away in two days, they can last three months or they can last six months. We hope not.

“That’s the reality of the situation.

“[Federico] Bernardeschi is different because his is a trauma, we hope to have him back as soon as possible too.”

Howedes injured again for Juve
By Football Italia staff

Juventus have named their squad for tomorrow’s rescheduled Serie A match with Atalanta, but miss Benedikt Howedes.

It kicks off on Wednesday at 17.30 GMT and was snowed off last month.

Max Allegri has almost a full squad to call upon, missing the long-term absentees Juan Cuadrado and Federico Bernardeschi.

Howedes also misses out due to a muscular problem, but Alex Sandro is included.

Ya I said at the time of the injury that it's a tricky situation. From personal experience I had a similar injury and was out for basically 8-12 months with no surgery. It's hard to even know what the exact injury is, that's why he went to see a German specialist.

But for sure he will make some progress and then he will push it to play in the World Cup and he'll blow it up again.

Thigh injury for Kean
By Football Italia staff
Hellas Verona striker Moise Kean has been diagnosed with a Grade III tear to the adductor in his right thigh.

A statement from the club warned that the recovery time would only be evaluated later.

However, with a tear of that degree, it’s likely to require at least three to four weeks on the sidelines.

It’s a blow for Verona, who are still in the relegation zone even after two consecutive victories over Torino and Chievo.

Why not start having our loaned players pull up with injuries too...

I'm really hoping at least 1 of Cuads or Berna is back before the 22nd of April, that's the start of a potentially (if we win our UCL quarters) crazy run of matches, with Inter and Napoli games wrapping the 2 UCL semifinal legs

Where did you read this
Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri played down fears about the severity of injuries suffered by Gonzalo Higuain and Federico Bernardeschi during the 1-0 Serie A win over Torino on Sunday.

Higuain was holding his left ankle and was substituted after just 15 minutes, with Bernardeschi coming on to replace him.

Bernardeschi was also replaced in added time, but Allegri said that neither player sustained a significant injury.

"Higuain received a bruise and we'll evaluate him," Allegri said following Juventus' 1-0 victory. "Bernardeschi left in the final stretch but there shouldn't be any problems.

"Starting Wednesday, we'll regroup with everyone available, but in any event, the team is feeling well and they showed it today."
