I've been to Vinovo, there's virtually no difference between that location & the centre of Turin.

There is actually a bigger difference between playing in the Delle Alpi & playing in the Olimpico. Delle Alpi's location is (obviously) a lot colder than the Olimpico, truly huge difference.
Then by my senseless logic that will lead to less injuries considering we'll be acclimatized to the cold, Blanc is a genius :shifty: :turk:

So Moggi has a large part to play in all the injury problems the team has suffered in the last couple of years.
thats his legacy, man.

he planed it like the jigsaw murderer. he thought "if calciopoli ends well for me and i am in charge i can advise the team not to have training there, but when the bust me the shall die there !"

Ok, you can blame medic for bad diagnostics and bad healing, but when fully fit player injure himself just in training... Who to blame? Or once more it's for medics who have to check every player every minute and they didn't do that properly?
I can blame medics for putting the player so early i fire.
Some injuries are very vicious and some micro traumas can exist for a long period without a symptoms or very negligible ones.
The job of the medical team is to follow the player and recognize the problem at the beginning because as long as you wait the problem will become more serious.

The medics have very serious equipment to use for the diagnostics , MRI ,Ultra Sound for example and even a minimal traumas can be found.

As for Zebina and Salihamidzic,I'm certain that even a magical stick wouldn't help them.

Iaquinta out for another two weeks
Tuesday 9 February, 2010
Juventus striker Vincenzo Iaquinta faces another two weeks on the sidelines as he continues his recovery from a knee operation.

The 30-year-old damaged the meniscus in his left knee during a training session on October 24 and needed a routine surgical procedure that Claudio Marchisio and Gigi Buffon have already had this season.

He was expected to be out for just 40 days, but it has now been four months since the injury first took place.

Iaquinta complained that the knee was still swollen a month after the operation. He then tried to train with the squad in January, but had to stop almost immediately.

According to Doctor Goitre, the capsule containing the cartilage in his knee had broken, adding another three months to his time in the treatment room.

In the meantime, Iaquinta has lost a lot of muscle in his quadriceps and needs to recover about 1cm before it's safe for him to return.

Juventus's medical staff believes that will take another fortnight.

Italy boss Marcello Lippi is said to be concerned as Iaquinta - together with Fiorentina's Alberto Gilardino - is one of the strikers he definitely wants to take to South Africa.

According to Gazzetta this is when the missing players will be back:

Camoranesi (rientro 25ª giornata)
Iaquinta (rientro 25ª giornata)
Trezeguet (probabile 25ª giornata)
Poulsen (rientro a inizio marzo)
Marchisio (probabile 25ª giornata)

They changed it about Camoranesi. First they said that he'll be back in round 24 (this weekend) but now they say round 25. They expect Trezeguet and Iaquinta to be also back for round 25 (I doubt), for Marchisio they say that he'll probably be back in round 25 while Poulsen is expected to be back in early March.

Personally I see none of them back before round 26, which is played on February 28 (we play in Turin against Palermo).

Just when we got Trez fit, Amauri is gone. At least we are consistent with the injuries.
Anyone got an early update to how much time he'll be out?
