if we did that as minority shareholders we would have little/no power, the power would still be with fiat as they own over 50% of the shares. As a result we wouldn't be able to remove/appoint directors or take any decisions as we wouldnt have the rights...... In reality nothing much would change unfortunately.

But hypothetically I would very much like to donate £50 to a transfer kitty. We could form our own company and buy players ourselves: a la Tevez and Mascherano and then sell them to Juve for like £2million
